This is my 5th year on F-1 (2013-17 full time undergrad, 2017-18 OPT, 2018 grad school). Can I use Turbotax to file as a resident alien? Is there addition info needed?

If you first enter the US in 2013, you are a nonresident for five years ( 2013-2017). 

If you stay more than 183 days within the US in 2018, you will be a resident for tax purposes.  You can use TurboTax to file.
