TT is a DIY  interview based program where you simply follow the screens in order  and answer the questions posted to enter all the data needed.   If you want help then you have to upgrade to a paid version  OR  to one of the LIVE options where the returns are done for you  OR  use a local paid tax pro.

To do it yourself you need to be familiar with Form 1040.

Unfortunately, TurboTax tries to hide that from you.
