This app will not let me file it goes to a blank screen as soon as I get done printing and press continue

Try to force close the app and then reopen it and see if it will let you continue. If that doesn't work, you may need to reinstall the app.

I’m trying to do my state taxes , and it won’t let me do anything it does a final check then goes straight to a blank page , the app takes me to an online browser when filing state , I’ve took all steps listed to troubleshoot and no luck

Some states are not ready to accept Efile or some forms are not finalized.

You could file your Federal return now, and then file your State return later.
