They are asking for a 1099 for unemployment, but i did not receive any unemployment benefits in 2021.

i did receive benefits in early 2020, but nothing in 2021.

If a Form 1099-G was transferred from the 2020 tax return -

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

Delete Form 1099-G

I deleted the 1099G form. And it’s still doing the same thing

Try signing off the TurboTax program and closing the web browser window for TurboTax.  Clear cache on your web browser - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135

Sign back onto TurboTax and see if the problem persists - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Make sure that you have indicated in the Unemployment section that you did NOT receive unemployment.
