There used to be two options to download old tax returns -- one shorter version (50pgs) and one longer one (300 pgs). How do I download the longer form version?

The current PDF download will include all forms, schedules, worksheets and information only pages for the tax return.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2023 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

Thanks but that's the version I already downloaded. It's only 50 pages and doesn't include a lot of the information in the long-form 300 page version (for example there is a five-year summary page in the 300 page version that isn't in the 50 page one). I have never used the CD/desktop version, and historically have always been able to download both the short version (50pgs) and the long version (300pgs) from TurboTax online for the past 5-7 years. I now don't see any link to the longer one.

@staypuft29 Sounds like you may be accessing the PDF download when TurboTax is moving from the short download to the long download and has not yet updated the PDF.
