There seems to be a problem with Box 20 on my return. I put what was on my W-2. why can't I e-file?

Please clarify:  Which state are you filing? Which locality? and is there an amount in box 19?

I am filing in Kentucky. There is an amount in Box 19 And the localty is 11****.

An amount in Box 19 means you paid Local Income Tax.  Depending on where you live, you may have to file a Local Income Tax Return outside TurboTax.  If that applies, leave the Box 19 amount blank on your W-2 entry so you can Efile your Federal and Kentucky returns. 

You can contact your local tax agency to see how to file a Local Tax Return.
