Is there anything in box 18 or 19? If box 19 is 0 or blank then leave box 18 blank too. So make boxes 18-20 all blank.

Some employers put things in box 18 or 19 that don't belong there, or that have to be entered in a different box. What do you have in box 18 or 19? What state did you work in?
