You do not enter the repayment of excess APTC (Advance Premium Tax Credit).

 

The excess to be repaid is calculated by TurboTax on form 8962 line 29, which then flows to line 1a of schedule 2 form 1040.

 

You just have to enter your income and form 1095-A and TurboTax will do the rest.

Yes, Thank you everbody for trying to help.  I eventually found where to make the entry.  I had overlooked a box to add another repayment and voila!  There it was talking about the 1095-A!
