There are three different dates for Form 8839, government says available now, Intuit says 2/17, and turbotax says 3/3. Which is correct?

It won't let me file my taxes because the form isn't available, but the IRS says it is available now, the Intuit Federal Form Availability site says it will be available on 2/17/2022, and when I try to file in TurboTax, it now says it is unavailable until 3/3/2022.

Thank you for sharing this experience.  The form is being finalized in the program. 

Please try this again, and if you are still getting the same error, post here for further assistance.

It is 2/21/22 and it still says that form 8839 is not approved to be filed. I live in California, but this is for Federal anyways. Is this correct? I have checked for updates 2x. I don't even need to use the carryforward that this is giving me because other stuff is covering so I'm already getting all my taxes paid back and more. It won't let me delete it because of the carryforward. What do I do? I need to get this done!

Per the IRS forms availability table for TurboTax individual (personal) tax products this form isn't supposed to be released until March.
