Themother died on11/27/16 and i paid child support before but took my daughter with me as of dec 16 so she cant do a 8332 what do i do

You don't need Form 8332 anymore.  That form is so that you can claim certain benefits on your daughter even though you are not the custodial parent.  However, since you are the custodial parent in 2017, you do not need to file form 8332.  You will claim your daughter (assuming she is your dependent) for all benefits.
