The transfer of information from my 2019 form to 2020 TurboTax has failed. Anybody else having this problem?

Why is the transfer failing?

Are you trying to use the 2020 online software program that has not yet opened?

Or are you trying to use desktop software?

The "Online" 2020 software (if that is what you are using)

....is just starting up today. There may be lots of "hitches" with various servers, and other bugs that won't be figured out until it's all fully up and running a few days. Try again, say on Friday.

(My Online test account started up OK for the new 2020 software just now, with proper transfer from 2019 (as far as I can tell so far)..........but as I noted, your server access may be different, or perhaps not all of everyone's files/accounts have been full transitioned to the new software yet, and you may be stuck in that group for the moment. Being the very FIRST to use the new software is not always a good thing......you get all the bugs.)
