After line 79 on IRS form 1040 there is a section for Third Party Designee. I have paid Intuit for Audit Protection but have no contacts. How do I fill out form 1040?

Does the 3rd party designee need to be checked yes, if I purchased audit protection and leave the name of designee blank?

The third party designee section will remain blank. If you're audited by the IRS, a dedicated expert will represent you, including talking to the IRS. Once you receive an audit notice, contact the audit defense team immediately. Your tax return is covered for as long as it can be audited.
