The system won't allow me to "Transmit my returns now". There are no actions under the "Please complete the action below to verify you're not a robot". How do I submit?

The system won't allow me to "Transmit my returns now". There are no actions under the "Please complete the action below to verify you're not a robot". How do I submit?

Try this: Close completely out of the browser then go back in. 

Also, clear the cache/cookies in your browser as well.  See below links for assistance on how to do this:
