The state tax was rejected because TurboTax needs a program update to update county rates. Where can I do this update?

You don't  (unless you are using the Desktop/Download software.)

Online software updates are automatic  Once they Fix The Problem

Assuming this is for "Indiana".........It may take a few more days (or a week) to correct this, the tax software was overcharging you certain County taxes.

When it gets fixed in the software, you should run thru your Indiana tax return Q&A again, and then the error checks, and if clear after error checks, try to e-file it again.

I assume we will be getting a FREE chance at refiling our Indiana returns once this County Tax issue is fixed.  We should not have to pay for a TT error.

Never file early...let others find the software problems.

Mid-Feb to March is safer.
