You can call the Spanish support line.  See this info to get the phone number:

You will see the phone number to call for bilingual support. When prompted, say "Ayuda en Espanol" to be transferred to a bilingual TurboTax representative.

The Spanish phone line is prominently displayed at the Spanish website.  User will just have to see what happens and if they get through.  It's been about 4 hours since user picked up this answer, so maybe they got through.
