The program will not accept the financial institution from which info. is to be imported. It worked for two of my tax info. but won't work for the third??

Some financial institutions are not yet ready for import, or do not have an agreement with Intuit to allow you to import.

If you have your form and would like to enter it manually - sometimes this is easier than the import, if the number of entries is small - just scroll down to the bottom of the page that asks you who your account is with and choose "I'll type it in myself."
