did a TurboTax pro do your return or an outsider?

if Turbotax and you selected to have your fees deducted from your refund the return will not have your a/c on it.  it will be a one-use a/c to which the refund will be deposited. the fees will be taken out and the remainder will be sent to your a/c.

It's not clear what's going on, and what you mean by "the person who did my taxes".  And it's not clear how someone accidentally does what you describe. 

You should phone TurboTax Support and discuss this situation with them, so they can question you in realtime to try to figure out what is going on.  They can further advise you on what to do.
