The person who completed my taxes in 2016, passed away. I do not have a copy of 2016 tax return. I keep failing electronic filing due to my AGI. what else can I do?

The IRS keeps all this on record, and they have a way to access your Prior Year AGI. To access your prior year return, simply follow this link to the IRS Get Transcript page.
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
Once there, select Online or By Mail (mailing requires less verification), and follow the steps. Make sure you select tax return transcript as what you need in order to get your AGI.
