The payment options page won't load, what should I do?

I have the same problem, and Turbo Tax customer service is closed.  This is preventing me from filing my state tax return on time in Virginia.

This seems to be a systemic  issue that is being fixed ... if clearing your cookies or using a different browser doesn't fix it then try again later in the day.
