They are asking for my drivers liscense number. When I put it in it won't accept it. It says it needs numbers and letters. Mine only has numbers as far as I can tell.

The message is trying to stop the entry of any special characters or spaces and several states do have only numbers.

Please try to enter the license number and use any numbers but do not enter any special characters such as - or *.

Please be sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or the end.
