When I go to WMR it says that it is being processed. What exactly does that mean?

The IRS is still working on it. There is no way to guess when they will be finished processing it. Just keep tracking it on the IRS tracking web site.

If you had EIC or additional child tax credit, you should not expect your refund until Feb. 27 at the earliest.
