Yes, but it's not recommended to efile this early. See the last paragraph below. The main ones who have filed are people with 1040EZ returns, because several Federal forms are not yet available. However, the Form 1040 and 1040A should be available for efiling in the next day or so. Then it will depend on other Federal forms you may or may not need, and if they are available. See these FAQ's:
