8606-T is still not available and its 2/12/20. I also dont see a mention of 8606-T in the link above but maybe I overlooked it. #annoyed

I am frustrated as well and having this same issue. No one can seem to give me any answers and I can't find 8606-T form listed on the link that was given here https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_fed_windows_individual.htm...

The IRS Form 8606-T is final and available for print on the IRS website- just looked it up.....I don't understand why it isn't available on Turbo Tax.  Very Irritating!

The date when the form would be available for e-file from the IRS has been pushed back. (see: List of available IRS e-file forms.

 

We will provide an update as soon as we are able to do so.  We do apologize for the inconvenience, but we must wait for the final e-file version from the IRS.

Is there any update on this? I'm still not able to file due to it still saying "The IRS hasn't finalized one or more of your forms. Once forms are finalized, you will be able to access this section" in Step 3. It's been over a month!

Have you updated your program?  The form is available to use. 

 

To update, here are the steps:

  • If you are using the TurboTax CD/Download software program, open the program, from the top, under Online, select Check for Updates.
  • Make sure to exit the program after the update, then return to re-open the program. 
  • If you are using the online version, it's an automatic update when you sign in and out.
