If you chose NO your first time in the interview, here's How to Delete Forms in TurboTax Online.
If you're using TurboTax Desktop, go to FORMS at the upper right to find the form and delete it.
If you first checked YES then went back and changed to NO, clear your Cache and Cookies and step through the interview again.
Be sure that no one on your return is enrolled in a marketplace plan, or that they are on someone else's marketplace plan.
