The income for self employed is below $200,000, why is TurboTax saying I need a form 8959?

TurboTax determines that you need Form 8959, if you had wages and self-employment, your income is combined to determine if you are above the threshold amounts. Form 8959 is used to figure the amount of Additional medicare tax, which is 0.9% to wages, and self-employment above the income limits based on the filing status.
