The front of my return says "Attach the first copy...of Form(s) W-2" but I don't have W-2s because I live/am employed overseas. Can I just ignore this?

Yes----if you do not have any W-2's then you have none to attach. You attach them IF you have them, and if you have any 1099's that show tax withheld, copies of those 1099's are also required to be attached when you mail the return.

I may be wrong, but I believe the printed instructions will tell you that "ONLY" if you entered data in the W-2 section. If you don't have any W-2's, then you *need* to select the option in that section for "I don't have any W-2's".
