Will Colorado form 104EP be added to TurboTax for 2020?  Form 104 is listed, but no form 104EP.  One site even stated that TurboTax will ask if the filer wants to make estimated payments. Mine does not do that, and the form is not listed.  It was in 2018 for use in 2019.

You will need to begin entering state information.  Click on the state tab in your left navigational pane. Once your federal information is populated in your state return, then the program will recognize that you owe taxes.  Continue through the interview in the program and if you owe taxes, there will be a screen that indicates that there is an underpayment penalty. Continue through the questions and it will ask you questions about your 2018 tax liability, 2018 federal gross income, and your 2018 filing status. last question it will ask is the date you expect to pay your Colorado taxes.

once you complete these sections, you will come to a screen that says A few things before we wrap up your state taxes. there is a section that says other forms>estimated taxes. This is where you would indicate you wish to make estimated tax payments for the year and then form 104 EP should appear in your program, for all four quarters of the tax year.
