I have a 1099G but didn't get an unemployment. The 1099-G is for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue amount I received on 2015 tax refund. Where do I put this?

The form 1099-G for state refund is entered as follows:

  1. Federal Taxes
  2. Wages & Income
  3. Scroll down to Other Common Income
  4. Select State and Local Tax Refunds on Form 1099-G
