The first time I did my taxes my return was over $600 and now it’s 0$ what?

Please explain what you mean by "the first time."   Are you comparing a past year to your 2023 return?  Or do you mean you prepared a 2023 return and now you are not getting the same result when you enter information?   No one can see your screen or your tax return.

Did you complete and file the 2023 tax return with a tax refund of $600?

Did you start to amend the 2023 tax return? 

If you did start an amended return the refund will be $0 if the changes you made did not add more of a refund or have taxes owed, so the refund would not change on the amended return.

Did you file your tax return the first time?  And now you are amending it?  If you filed you should still get the first refund.  In fact you should not amend until you get the first refund.  Or please explain more what you are doing.
