The fee was suppose to be taken out from my tax refund and it was, now I’m being charged $97 why?

Is there anyway I can be refunded this money I’m in a financial struggle right now and can’t afford $93 at the moment

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. Use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Hello and good afternoon! Needing assistance with wondering why turbo tax deluxe is charging me 69. isn't it supposed to be 39? Also, not sure what deluxe did to help?
