The federal review is saying I need to review form 1116 and I don't understand what it wants. Can you help?

I don't know how to fill out this section.  What do I do?

The foreign tax are taxes paid on your investment outside the United States.  If you paid foreign tax, you can claim the credit on form 1116, Foreign Tax Credit,  To do a federal review in Turbo Tax:

1.  Click Federal Review located on the upper right hand side of the screen 
2. Click review to each details ,and it will take you to form 1116.  
3. When done fixing, go back to Federal Review to check if the returns are ready to e-file

I got an answer but I had to call and had a very helpful person who resolved the problem.  Sorry I can't remember his name but he spent about 30 minutes with me.  I appreciated his help.
