The estimated tax payments form for my 2025 taxes is not triggering, and I am not able to report tax payments already made for 2025. How do I resolve this situation?

what do you mean by not triggering - there have been a number of complaints it's not part of the interview flow for Online if you mean that

go to Deductions & Credits on left menu then Deductions and Credits Summary screen, click "add more tax breaks" or similar button and that should show the full list of sections, scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid etc.
