The disappearing icons in TurboTax

There is a strange problem with the graphics in 2025 TurboTax Deluxe. When viewing your lists of charitable donations or 1099-R forms, the edit and delete icons that should be to the right of each item on those lists often are not visible. Actually, the icons are there, but you just can’t see them. If you move your mouse slowly to where the icons should be positioned, they will register when you click on your mouse. I am using Windows 11.

(As a side note: It still bugs me that when you open a TurboTax tax return file to check something, and then you close the file -- definitely without saving the file -- the date and time stamp on the file still will change to the current time, and even the size indicator of the file changes a bit. When you exit the file, and you tell TurboTax not to save the file, does the program just ignore your instruction? Why does TurboTax still do this?!)
