Hello. I am trying to finish up taxes and it keeps kicking me back saying that Vincents control number on his W-2 is incorrect and it will not let me proceed further?

The control number (box D) is not required to enter your W-2 or to complete your tax return. Simply leave this number field blank or choose Skip Import and you will be directed to manually enter your W-2.
