The city of Detroit says I didn't file my return with them. What do I do now? I cannot get TurboTax to help me

Follow the steps below.

1. Sign in - continue your/take me to my return
   
2. Go to State Taxes - Your state returns. Continue/revisit/start Michigan
   
3. When asked 'which cities did you live or work in?' check I need a Detroit City return
   
4. Continue until you arrive at Your Detroit Return. Select we file as a Detroit Nonresident
5. Edit your W-2 entry on Detroit Wages and adjust the taxable income transferred from the federal return. You will see a note at the bottom indicating the taxable income.
