This is a user forum and NOT TurboTax support.  To get a replacement CD use the information in the answers below to contact TurboTax support.

The CD has both MAC & PC on them so you don't need 2 ...         

As a courtesy to our Advantage members who order CDs, a download is also included as part of your purchase.  This means once the product does start to ship in November, instead of having to wait for your CD to arrive, you can download your copy right away to your computer.  Just log into your TurboTax Advantage account and look for My Downloads.  Just like the CD, which can be installed on supported Mac and Win operating systems, we include a download for both Mac and Win.


You really don't need the useless plastic since you can download the program however if you really want a new disk (that only has the beta program on it) then contact TT support for a replacement ...

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.

Why did you get 2 CDs?  Are you on the Advantage Auto renew plan?  You only need one CD and one Advantage account.  If you have another account you need to delete it.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
