The cd deluxe option says it includes 5 federal e-files. How many, if any, federal e-files are included in the deluxe mobile option?

Is the mobile app option onky for one person? You can't 'share' it?

The mobile app is a portal to Turbotax Online (the web site).  Each online account can only file one tax return for one person.  If you need more than one return you have to create additional accounts on the web site with different passwords (and they will have separate fees unless you qualify to file for free.)  You should be able to switch back and forth in the mobile app by signing out of one account and then signing in to the next account.
