The capital asset sales worksheet keeps popping up as needs to be completed but wont accept my answer. Can I still file without this page being completed?

what's the issue and what's your answer?

are you on desktop?  go to forms mode and see if anything has a red exclamation mark next to it and why (fields in yellow).

do you have any 1099's on the income summary showing "Needs Review"?

There was no digital asset but it wont accept the answer and move past this section. I cant find a form mode. Nothing in income section that has need review. The capital asset sales section only comes up when do the final federal review

The digital assets question must be answered on the Federal return. To go back to the question: 

1. Go to the Wages & Income (or Personal Income) menu page and select  I'll Choose what I will work on if that appears.  The full menu will be displayed.  
2. At the bottom of the menu, choose Done with income.  Continue for another page or two and you will be able to change your answer.
3. If you've already made Virtual Currency entries, you would need to remove them first if answering No. 

In either Online or Desktop, go through the Income menus to the end and the digital assets question is one of the follow-up questions that appear.
