Your software is malfunctioning, I cannot fix a tax reject problem if the person who has written the guided directions has not used the app. There's isn't a "my info page" I cannot return to that section because TurboTax is more focused on getting me to resubmit the form without letting me make the correction.
To enter, edit or delete your Form 1095-A -
Or enter 1095-a in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1095-a
Are these directions for browser or app? Those directions DO NOT work on app. Please have someone in ux or it work on this.

They are for both, online and desktop. Where are you having a problem?
Specifically for the online edition, assuming you are accessing and signed onto the 2023 online tax return -
Click on Federal on the left side of the online program screen
Click on Deductions & Credits
(You may have to click on More Tax Breaks)
Scroll down to Medical
On Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A), click on Start or Revisit
