The 1099-R is supposed to be available today - January 30, 2018. Why is it still saying it isn't ready?

You mean your 1099-R from your investment firm/bank?

Technically, firms have until January 31st to send you the form, which is tomorrow. Try logging into your online account to verify you have access to the form. 

If you mean you can't import it yet, then you can just grab the info off your form (there's usually very little to enter). Otherwise, if you can't find your form, you should contact your investment firm.
