Is the 1040x form will be ready

The 1040X form is ready. I downloaded it. I dont know why turbotax won't make it available.

The amendment form (1040-X for Federal) will not be available until 3/7/2019 (subject to change).  Amended returns must be mailed.  The IRS states you should wait until your original return is fully processed before you amend your return.

The IRS has released the 2019 revision of the 1040x. How long will it take Turbo Tax to implement this into the software?
