I was told that I need to file my Federal and State return by mail. I was able to download my federal return , but I can't download my state.

I was told that I need to file my Federal and State return by mail. I was able to download my federal return , but I can't download my state.

Thats very odd that it won't download along with your Federal. I would suggest contacting us to see if it might be an issue within your product. We'll be able to see your screen to see whats going on so it can be fixed.
