On the PC version, where is the jump to link for a new W4?

I am in my return; I have not filed yet.  I typed "W4" in "Find" box.  I see no jump to link.

That should have worked.  I just tried it in the Home & Business CD/Download version and got the Jump To.  See screenshot.  But, I also updated my answer below with the steps to find the W-4 option without the Jump To.  I hope that helps you find it!

Another option is to select the tab for Other Tax Situations at the top of the screen (from within Federal return).  Then scroll down to Other Tax Forms and select the option for Form W-4 and estimated taxes.  See second screenshot.
