I have charge or fee from turbo tax on my tax return that I didn't do. How do I get that off?

I have 2 charges, one for $59.99, and $39.99, I did not do the $39.99 fee or charge, howm do I get that off?

That might be for a state return. Or probably for the Pay with Refund extra charge.
