My income is 155,000 but turbo tax shows I get a 75,000 return so this is an error.

After entering my income data, 1099s, I have an income of just over $155,000 with a refund of $75,000 but I haven't entered any deductions yet.  How can this be?

Go back and check all the amounts, especially the federal withholding.  Sounds like you missed entering a decimal point or added some extra digits.

Appears that under the new tax laws my taxable income is such that I may be eligible for this type refund.  I have yet to put in my dividends and interest earnings.  Thanks but I need to wait for more data.

That is highly doubtful.  Did you have at least that much federal withholding taken out?
