Should I enter my freelance income only when calculating 2019 estimated taxes, or should I enter freelance + income from my full time job?

Should I enter my estimated freelance income only when calculating estimated federal/state taxes for 2019, or should I enter freelance + income from my full time job? I only want to pay taxes quarterly for my freelance job since taxes are already withheld from my full time position.

You want to estimate how much you will owe for 2019.   That would include all of your income (the W-2 plus free lance income) to come up with the exact amount of taxes that would be due.   Then you would subject your estimated withholdings from this estimated tax and the net figure would be your estimated tax payments.

Thank you! I don't have the information I need to accurately estimate withholdings due to getting a new job/healthcare/401K plans etc two weeks ago. Is there a deadline to estimate taxes?
