Texas Franchise Tax Report

I have already filed the Franchise Tax Report directly on state website. Do I need file the same through Turbo Tax when doing my business tax return and pay $50 for it? Or the one that Turbo Tax software does is different than the one done online?

Obviously, if you filed a "no tax due" report online, you do not need to file it again from TurboTax Business.
