TECH SUPPORT | Review page stuck on white screen and won't move forward to file.

Hi,

My issue I am experiencing is that the review page is stuck on white screen and won't move. I have entered the necessary information to update and finalize my taxes but the screen just goes white.

I have tried the following steps:

• Clear cookies & caches on browsers (I used 2 different browsers - Safari on mac & Google chrome)
• I tried incognito window
• I called support and screen shared with them the issue I am currently experiencing (called on 02/09/2025) and they said check back on Monday 02/10/2024 to see if the site works.
• I tried using the app on my phone (I updated both MacBook & iPhone to latest update) 

What else should I try? I believe support needs to step in and provide better liaison.
