It has been over 6 months since TCU has been updated. I still have an open ticket with them since 10/28/2022. I check, via live chat, every month for a status update. I am told the same thing every time; it has been escalated to development, we will email you when it is fixed. I uploaded, on their request, screenshots of the error, screenshots of the new URL, and a screenshot of the incorrect url within their app. I have data going back to 2009, I don't want to lose it all but really want to find another solution. I can't find any other channel to get help. This is sad.

This is the user forum for TurboTax--we can help with questions regarding your income tax return or the tax software. We do not know why you are posting here about the Teachers Credit Union. Does your issue have something to do with your income tax? You have not mentioned the word "tax" in any part of your post.
I'm brand new to Mint and am just getting my TCU accounts linked. I seached on TCU's site and discovered that you need to search for "Teachers Credit Union WebConnect". When I first searched for just "teachers" or "tcu", that option didn't appear. But when I selected Teachers Credit Union WebConnect as the financial institution, I was able to link my accounts. Hopefully that works for you as well.
My sincerest apologies. My intention was to post for Mint, I must have chosen this Intuit product instead. Please ignore or delete the question (rant) if you wish.
Thank you for the reply and suggestion. It was about an hour after I posted my rant that I discovered the solution you mentioned. Although it reconnects my bank to Mint, it creates a second savings and checking account; old TCU accounts still exist with the last known balances, and a new TCU account is created with the latest balances. I had to set the old TCU as "inactive" which does two things; removes then from view and accounting balances, and removes from searching all the history this account has. In order to search the history, I have to set them as active. It would have been nice to be able to link the two accounts. I could leave the old TCU accounts active and manually add an entry two to "zero" out the balances, thus not affecting the accounting balances but those "zeroed out" entries will be counted. I guess I want my cake and eat it too. Thanks again.
i have this same issue.

Then use the suggestions provided on this thread or contact Mint support. This is the TurboTax user community forum and we do not support Mint.
See this Intuit/Mint link for contacting Mint support - https://mint.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/login-password/contact-support/L7B7m3td3_US_en_US
i have found the solution, you have to do this on a pc.
1.) go on mint and attempt to connect bank.
2.) click on go to bank page.
3.) click enroll on the page ( this is a business account login for some reason..)
4.) enter information requested and enter the last 5 of your social on th ITIN or EIN location as well.
5.) continue setup and setup password.
6.) login and accept terms and conditions
7.) try again on mint.
This worked for me.
