If necessary, contact the payer to make sure the EIN is accurately reported on the forms they have issued. The payer may need to issue a corrected form if the EIN isn't correct.
After reviewing and making any necessary changes, resubmit this return electronically. If your return continues to be rejected, you'll need to print and file it by mail.
